Privacy Policy for Sing Ads Pte Ltd

Introduction

Sing Ads Pte. Ltd. (“Sing Ads”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the SingAds – AdsManagement platform, including:

  • Our web application and backend services used to manage online advertising campaigns; and

  • Our integration with Meta technologies, including the Meta for Developers app “SingAds – AdsManagement” (the “App”), which connects to Meta products such as Facebook, Instagram, and the Meta Ads Manager.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you:

  • Use our web application or related tools;

  • Connect your Meta assets (e.g. Facebook Pages, ad accounts, pixels) to our App; or

  • Otherwise interact with Sing Ads in connection with our advertising management and analytics services.

This Privacy Policy is intended to be publicly accessible and to clearly show that it applies to the SingAds – AdsManagement app owned and operated by Sing Ads Pte. Ltd.

Information We Collect

We collect and process the following types of data in connection with the SingAds – AdsManagement platform and our Meta integration.

Information You Provide to Us

When you create an account with Sing Ads or otherwise engage with us, we may collect:

  • Account details: Name, business name, email address, password (hashed), role, and contact details.

  • Business information: Company name, billing details, and information about your marketing setup (e.g. which ad accounts you manage).

  • Support communications: Information you provide when you contact us for support, feedback, or inquiries.

We use this information primarily to authenticate you, administer your account, and provide our services.

Information Received from Meta (Platform Data)

When you connect your Meta account, Pages, or ad accounts to SingAds – AdsManagement, we receive data from Meta via their APIs in accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms. Depending on your permissions, this may include:

  • Basic account & business context:

    • Your public profile information (e.g. name, profile ID)

    • The business or ad account(s) you manage

    • The Pages connected to those ad accounts

  • Advertising performance data:

    • Campaign, ad set, and ad IDs and names

    • Delivery and performance metrics (e.g. impressions, clicks, CTR, spend, conversions, frequency, results)

    • Aggregated audience and placement performance (where provided by Meta)

  • Configuration data:

    • Information about campaigns, ad sets, and ads (e.g. objectives, status, budgets, schedules, creative IDs)

    • Attribution windows and optimization events

We do not use Platform Data to build separate consumer profiles independent of your advertising accounts, and we do not sell or license Platform Data.

Usage Data from Our Services

When you use our platform, we may collect:

  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, and approximate location (based on IP).

  • Log data: Login timestamps, actions taken in the app (e.g. “generated new ad creative”, “synced insights”), error logs, and performance data related to our service.

This data helps us keep the platform secure, troubleshoot issues, and improve usability and performance.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Maintain your authenticated session;

  • Remember your settings and preferences;

  • Understand how you use the platform (aggregated analytics).

You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some features of the SingAds – AdsManagement platform may not function correctly.

How We Use Your Information

We process personal data and Platform Data only for clearly defined purposes, consistent with this Privacy Policy, Meta’s Platform Terms, and applicable law.

We use your information to:

  • Provide and operate the service

    • Authenticate users and manage access to the SingAds – AdsManagement platform.

    • Retrieve and display Meta ad performance data (e.g. campaign, ad set, and ad insights).

    • Generate reports, dashboards, and alerts for your advertising campaigns.

    • Where enabled, suggest or perform changes to campaigns, ad sets, and ads (e.g. budget adjustments, creative replacements), based on rules you configure.

  • Improve and secure our services

    • Monitor system performance and usage patterns.

    • Detect, prevent, and investigate security incidents or abuse.

    • Develop new features, optimizations, and automation logic for advertising management.

  • Comply with legal and platform requirements

    • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

    • Respond to lawful requests from public authorities.

    • Demonstrate compliance with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including logging and auditing of how we access and use Platform Data.

We do not process Platform Data to:

  • Make eligibility determinations for housing, employment, credit, insurance, or similar critical decisions about individuals.

  • Conduct or support surveillance.

  • Enable discrimination against individuals based on protected characteristics.

  • Sell or license Platform Data to third parties.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We only share personal data and Platform Data as described below and in line with Meta’s Platform Terms.

With Your Business and Authorized Users

If you use SingAds – AdsManagement as part of a business or team:

  • Certain information (e.g. ad performance reports, campaign recommendations, change logs) may be visible to other authorized users in your organization, according to the roles and permissions configured in your account.

With Service Providers

We may share your information with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform, such as:

  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers

  • Database and logging providers

  • Email and communication service providers

  • Analytics and monitoring tools

These service providers are contractually required to:

  • Use the data only to provide services to Sing Ads;

  • Protect the data with appropriate security measures; and

  • Comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

With Meta and Other Platforms

When you instruct us to create, update, or optimize campaigns, ad sets, or ads, we send the necessary data back to Meta via their APIs (for example: new ad creatives, budget changes, or campaign statuses). This is done solely for the purpose of managing your advertising on Meta products on your behalf.

Your use of Meta products is always also governed by Meta’s own terms and privacy policies.

Legal Requirements and Protection

We may disclose information if we reasonably believe it is necessary to:

  • Comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;

  • Enforce our terms and policies;

  • Protect the rights, property, or safety of Sing Ads, our users, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information or Platform Data to third parties.

Data Storage, Security, and International Transfers

Storage and Location

Data processed by Sing Ads is stored on secure servers in data centers that may be located in Singapore or other jurisdictions, depending on our infrastructure providers.

Security Measures

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) where appropriate;

  • Access controls and role-based permissions;

  • Regular monitoring and logging;

  • Secure development and deployment practices.

No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. However, we continuously work to protect your information and to detect and respond to possible vulnerabilities.

International Transfers

If your data is transferred and processed outside your home country, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection in accordance with applicable law.

Data Retention

We retain personal data and Platform Data only for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide the SingAds – AdsManagement services you have requested;

  • Comply with legal, regulatory, or tax requirements;

  • Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

When data is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or anonymize it where possible. If we are required by law to keep certain data for longer, we will retain only what is necessary and will protect it in line with this Privacy Policy.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights:

  • Access and correction: You can access and update your account information through your account settings.

  • Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data. When you delete your account, we will remove or anonymize your data, except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes (e.g. audit logs required by Meta’s Platform Terms or by law).

  • Restriction or objection: In some cases, you may have the right to restrict or object to certain types of processing.

To exercise your rights, please contact us at privacy@sing-ads.sg. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

For data obtained from Meta, you can also manage certain permissions and revoke access directly in your Meta account settings. If you revoke our App’s access, we will no longer be able to retrieve new Platform Data from Meta for your account, but we may retain previously collected data as required or permitted by law, Meta’s terms, and this Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our platform may provide links to third-party websites or integrate with other tools and platforms. These third parties have their own privacy policies and practices.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites, services, or platforms. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of each third-party service you use.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or how we process data.

When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page; and

  • Where appropriate, provide additional notice (e.g. in-app notification or email).

Your continued use of the SingAds – AdsManagement platform after the updated policy becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
